This video has a lot of the kinds of things that you should look for in training material. The first is an articulate presenter. There are a lot of talented players out there but if they can’t convey theory and examples in a cogent way they are useless to most, and frankly, difficult to watch. Vanessa explains her thoughts very clearly in a manner that just about anyone could follow except complete newbies perhaps.
The second is a theme that is kept throughout. Her focus for the video is on image and everything about the video is related to the concept. It doesn’t drift from that purpose.
The third is multiple points of view. She identifies both how she plays and how others play against her, but also spends time talking about other styles and how they can be effective.
